Sadness, I know this will pass.  When you're riding the waves of the depression it hurts.  I don't feel like myself anymore.  Cannot write, cannot draw, would love to pick up a drink but I won't. Anxiety attacks come out of nowhere.  Two miscarriages in 4 months.  It's sad to see the baby with no heartbeat on the sonogram.  Before this happens and you think it may be okay you begin to imagine life with this other child in your family.  Happens to many people this is true.  I tell myself I am past it but why do I feel so down? Yet, I also feel numb.  Makes sense?

I feel like I have nothing to say.

Better times are ahead I know this, just trying to climb my way up.  40th Birthday is coming near in July, must be part of a mid age crisis thing.

 I am thankful for my beautiful family and friends.
